We started with the landscape — mapping the competitive category, identifying key players, and understanding the visual and strategic conventions of the home fragrance space. From there we defined Realm's brand personality and the whitespace that would allow them to stand apart.

With that foundation in place we moved into packaging strategy — exploring configurations across different development timelines, weighing stock and custom solutions against the brand's positioning goals, counter presence, refill options, and manufacturer timelines.
