OVERVIEW
Roam was the brainchild of Tumi founder, Charlie Clifford, and his EVP Larry Lein. With their deep industry background they sensed an opportunity for a new premium luggage brand after the consolidation of many of their rivals and they came to Prime Studio to realize their vision.
Being you - Wherever you go
We first worked with Charlie and Larry to define the positioning of the new brand, exploring multiple options, potential features and top-notch components.However when we learnt that Roam luggage was going to be hand-built in the USA that was our lightbulb moment. We pitched Roam on the idea of custom luggage made to order for a personalized travel experience and they embraced this vision wholeheartedly.
Roam allows you to fully customize your luggage even down to the thread color on the zipper. Different color front and rear shells? No problem. Accent color wheels? Ditto. The result is one of a kind pieces that are hand assembled in Vidalia, Georgia and shipped to you in a week.
