Prime FC, the U14 girls soccer team we sponsor, finished up an unbeaten season with a resounding 6-1 win in the FHYAA senior girls championship game this weekend.

Very happy to report that Prime FC, the U14 girls soccer team we sponsor, ended the regular season with yet another win putting us in first place in the league.
9 games, 9 wins, 7 shut-outs, 45 goals scored, 3 goals against – pretty impressive stuff.
On to the playoffs now.

….. but it came at a big cost as one of our best defenders fractured her ankle in the game and is out for the rest of the season. We all wish her a speedy recovery.

09/24/12Amazing result this weekend – a 7-0 rout of Forest Hills Orthodontics ! They didn’t even get a shot on target. As team sponsors we’re very happy, as head coach I’m ecstatic.

This weekend was the start of the season for Prime FC the U-14 girls soccer team we sponsor (and I coach) in the FHYAA. Unfortunately our scheduled game on Saturday was rained out but we had an emphatic 4-0 win on Sunday to kick off the season. Let’s hope the girls can go all the way.
Logo’s we do like – #4

It’s been a while since we had an entry in this series but I spotted this van parked outside the office the other day and it reminded me that I’ve always admired this logo. It’s a little trickier than the usual ones we feature but I do admire the pictorial nature of it. You don’t even really need the word elevator. No information about who designed it I’m afraid or when but I think I’ve seen this around for quite a few years.

06/28/12The Blog’s been a little quiet recently due in no small part to all the excitement of Euro2012 and with the Tour de France starting this weekend that’s probably not going to change too much for the next month ! However this launch is worth sharing. IDSANY launched their site Sparkin60.com yesterday featuring 60 second soundbites from a range of New York creatives talking about inspiration, objects…just about anything. Well worth checking out.
