We’re thrilled to announce that the Squish Housewares line we designed for Robinson Home Products has won a 2012 Good Design award from the Chicago Athenaeum and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies.
The Good Design Award is presented each year by the Chicago Athenaeum, Museum of Architecture and Design. Recipients are recognized for the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, product and graphic designs produced around the world. Founded in 1988, the Museum is dedicated to the Art of Design in all areas of the discipline: architectural, industrial and product design, graphics and urban planning. The emphasis of the Good Design program (chi-athenaeum.org) is on quality of the highest form, function and aesthetic, a standard beyond ordinary consumer products and graphics.

06/28/12The Blog’s been a little quiet recently due in no small part to all the excitement of Euro2012 and with the Tour de France starting this weekend that’s probably not going to change too much for the next month ! However this launch is worth sharing. IDSANY launched their site Sparkin60.com yesterday featuring 60 second soundbites from a range of New York creatives talking about inspiration, objects…just about anything. Well worth checking out.
